For the first 24-hours after the appointment, you should avoid getting your eyelashes wet. After that, you should moisturize the lashes with Vitamin E oil. This is both to keep the lashes healthy, and to keep a beautiful curl. Every night, you’ll need to remove makeup around your eyes, and then wash with an oil-free foam cleanser.

There are a couple of things that you’ll need to keep in mind in order to get the best end results possible:

Don’t pull or remove your lashes.
Avoid oil-based cosmetics around the eyes, as this will dissolve the adhesive.
Avoid wearing mascara or waterproof eye makeup.
Avoid saunas or steam rooms, as the heat may cause the adhesive to loosen.

How often are touch-ups necessary?

Provided you’ve taken good care of your extensions, you’ll need touch-ups every two to three weeks.

How far can you travel to provide eyelash lifts and extensions to customers?

Because of the fact that touch-ups are necessary, we work primarily with individuals close to the West Lake Hills, TX area.

How should lash extensions feel?

They should feel like a natural part of your eyelash. They should not feel heavy, hurt, or be uncomfortable in any way, and you should be able to brush through them with ease. If something feels wrong for any reason, please contact us.

I got extensions from another salon; can I come to you for touch-ups?

Yes! That said, we request that you book a “New Client Fill” appointment rather than a touch-up; that way, we can make sure there’s enough time to address any unexpected issues.
